Coffee starts here.

The coffee we make obtains its organic Himalayan Arabica beans from farmers located in the mid-hill regions of Nepal. These coffee plants thrive at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 1,600 meters above sea level. The cool autumn weather, combined with the region's unique soil composition and rich biodiversity, provides an ideal environment for the coffee to grow. This results in a coffee with a unique flavor profile: a creamy caramel and chocolate taste, low acidity, a smooth and nutty finish, and a delightful floral fragrance.

Quality Control is everything.
Our commitment to quality control is unmatched. We meticulously oversee the coffee harvest to guarantee that only the ripest cherries are selected. Over the years, we have dedicated substantial time and resources to educate and train our local farmers in the best practices for both harvesting and post-harvest processing.
In remote rural areas where pulping facilities are unavailable, some of our farmers process the beans using the natural method. We offer comprehensive training and clear guidelines to ensure they can accurately determine when the coffee is properly dried and ready to be delivered to us for roasting.
Roasting to perfection.
Our coffee roasting process is of the highest quality because we exclusively source our beans from the rich, high-altitude regions of Nepal. Grown in the perfect climate and nurtured by skilled farmers, our coffee beans are handpicked to ensure only the best make it to our roasters.
We take pride in working directly with local growers, supporting sustainable farming practices that enhance both quality and environmental responsibility. Our expert roasters use state-of-the-art equipment and precise temperature control to unlock the beans' full potential, bringing out their natural sweetness, complexity, and aroma while preserving the unique characteristics of Nepali coffee.
